Audience: School and district leaders (superintendents, instructional supervisors, assessment coordinators, principals, assistant principals, school counselors, FRYSC directors, etc.), college of education faculty and college access professionals (GEAR UP, TRIO, Upward Bound, Americorp, Talent Search, Early College, etc.).
Institute Objectives:
- Provide a broader context for college access and readiness
- Clarify the role and specific actions of principals, counselors, college coaches and college access professionals in promoting a college-going culture, ensuring rigor and monitoring student progress
- Clarify pathways for collaboration between school leaders and college access professionals resulting in specific actions

I went to gear up 2 years ago at eastern Kentucky and I will be graduating this year. I would be honored to attend this event.
Count me in. I went to Eastern at the end of my freshman year and I applied this year as a senior and was accepted.
